Changed my life

I’m a 9-5 desk slave and this has changed my life. I’m only 24 and have had back pain so bad that I hunch for a few minutes when I stand up. It was affecting my quality of life and it made sitting for long periods of time unbearable. I took a shot of this thing and after the second use my pain is gone instantly and I’m only using the second setting. As soon as I lay on it my back cracks instantly and it feels amazing. 5 minutes once a day and I’m good to go. I’m normally the type of person only to write a review with a complaint but had to give this one a solid.

No pain, no gain. Let me explain. Yes, this product works! Take your time with it. If you cannot hit all three levels the first few times times, that is ok. It really depends on your back issues. When we’re not use to Stretching it will cause some discomfort. No worries, as so does physical therapy. But as we stretch on this backboard it helps Immensely with Decompression. Which helps reduce Inflammation, the main cause of pain. When inflammation goes away body parts heal as they should. This is not a cure all for something that may need back surgery, but certainly can aide in taking away some of the pain. With my experince after using it, I rolled out of bed the next morning, without a stiff back! Do this before you go to bed and again take your time with the levels and make sure you relax and breathe as you are doing it, try not to tense your muscles while doing so. Thats why i say if you cannot do all three levels at first, no worries, work your way up at your own pace.

REALLY like this item ,I use it every day in the morning on the 1nd level at 10 mins and in the night on the 2nd level at 5 mins , and feel that my posture is being corrected . Relieves stress

I have been suffering from back pain for about 20 years. Mostly sciatica and lower back pain. In the last 3 weeks my pain had become unbearable, I would cramp up out of nowhere and I felt like I would not be able to walk eventually. I was desperate. I cam across this product by accident. I was browsing for back pain relievers and this product came up with very high marks. At 20.00+ what was there to lose? Nothing. I followed the directions and the very first time I used it, my pain is gone! I was formerly at about a 9 on a 1-10 scale and now I am literally at 0 pain. I guess somehow my back was unaligned. I do not really know and really do not care. All I know is that I am pain free for the first time in 20 years. I am walking with no pain, my feet dont hurt, my legs, my back. Nothing. It is literally a miracle for me. Thank you

Very comfortable device. It makes my back stretch and feel more relaxed . it also relieves tension in certain areas. Very good for someone with back issues, old people, injury reveory, etc. I also use this before work before sitting at my desk for 8 hours

Literally after 5 minutes of using this my back pain was gone. Recommended for other cubicle dwellers like me who sit on their rears all day and have lower back issues. Doubtful this is something to use for serious issues, but for the stiffness of sedentary office working that starts to pull at my back this is a godsend.

Been suffering with back pain for many years due to time at desks and computers, so this is incredible to just lay on and feel the stretch of cramped muscles and feel your spine relax back into its proper position.
