I absolutely love this foam roller! I am a softball player, however I tend to cramp in my legs a lot. This is a new must carry item in my bat bag at all times. It is really light and I like the colors as its my favorite color black. The material is strong and durable. I was able to get out craps in my calves and in my thighs. I recommend this product!!!!

This is an excellent alternative to using a foam roller, especially if you have limited mobility or are so stiff from a workout that moving is hard. I use this mostly on my legs and I like that I can press or pull for more or less pressure.
